hAd TrAcKx ToDaE!!!! waHaHahAhaAhx... TodaE's TraiNinG WaS FuN OkieX... hahax... ran 7km!!! tiring but fuNnN~~ todae all sec 1 gaLx plux crocroach and chaw meng went.. todae training 4 all gals but chaw meng came ter join us... hahax.. haix miss cRysTaL...=( sho sad she sec 4 already... haiizz.....

todae sim gave us some tips on pft.. hahahahx... hope can get 30 points.. =) if i cheat abit in my sit ups den should be can le bahx.. hmmx.. * hopppeexx sho... * haix y does my abbs sux like tis...????!!!! bleahx'... anyww.. we did aBiT on shuttle run... hahhax... de track so wet dat mi legs splitted when i bent down to get de cone.. hahahahx... ouch... =( afta dat did some hurdles stuffs... not real hurdles lahx.. just jumping over hoops and cones.. hahahx...we had ter run wif sim and chaw meng chasing at the back... lol... sho scary... dey damn fast la... hahahahx... *imagine* one.. errmm.... supre fast runner chasing u at the back... hahahhx... scary rite... hmphx... hahahx... afta trainin went concourse to try out some of da tings 4 pft.. hahahx... not fair siaax... sim promised hui shia 3 tins of lollipop for havin jumped 200... grrx... she sho pro!! hahahx...
