geez so long since i posted again.. bout 9 days. cant believe de days pass so slowly.. but its good. dat means dat i can enjoy muah holidays longer. wahhaz. i've been going out practically everyday siax. and training at tamp stadium on monday wednesday and friday. kaox... borriinngg...

haix.. on monday arh.. went for training at tamp. tiring siax. sim say if any of us late must do 50 of burpes.. haha.. den hui shia, cheryl, serene, jia jia and one more person dunno hu kena. haha. did drills.. stats... 150m, 3 times...strengthening.... launches 2 times.. static hold... haix. and sim was in a darn mood. hate it siaX.. den everyone will have ter be guai. hahaz. after track went ter mac to eat. jia jia, jason, de DL guy [ forgot his name ] and another guy also went there to eat. hahaz. but dint sit together larhx. dey eat theirs we eat ours. haha. so anti social.. tsk tsk.. =) after eating we went century square ter walk walk.. den cheryl and serene wanted ter go by themselve.. wadeva.. so we went ter walk walk ourselves.. me amanda chelsea and hui shia. dey pang seh us. bleahx. den we pang seh dem dey not happi. ........ went ter sembawang. chelsea saw tis cd dat she wanted ter buy. den decided not to buy cos she wanna ask her mum help her buy. hahaz. so we said we will buy fer her. lolx. after dat took neox. met cheryl and serene b4 dat. so went ter take together. den de stoopid machine give so damn little time dat we cannot decorate finish... ass...

on tuesday arh.. haix.. sho damn fun. haha. went to sch ter help chen lao shi. must wear sch uni and sch tie.. haix. but still was fun. =) got some chinese teachers come to our sch dunno for wat den we help out at the registration thingy. den must say ' gd morning! wat school are u from?? ' lame. haha. after dat got some food den we get to eat. haha... after de whole thing finish we changed to home clothes. den went... bowling! haha.. at east coast there.. de kathy so pro siax. haha..den after dat we went to de upstairs de arcade.. played dance dance rev. for so long.. lol… Kathy still da pro.. haix.. haha.. den we walked to mac. But we veh full so dint eat.. so we walked around de place den was thinking whether wanna cycle not in de end we nv.. haha.. so we went ter amanda’s house to play..had fun all da way… great day…

on wednesday.. haix.. training again… tis time not so tiring. lolx.. ran round de track bout twice…den drills.. sianx.. after dat we do some things around da cone.. dunno wads dat.. haha.. is a mixture of high knee lift and shuffling.. diaox.. hmmx.. den after dat we ran 50m 3 times.. den 300m 1 time.. den 200m 1 time.. dats it I think.. still got one more dunno wat de hell ish dat.. yeah…after training Amanda wanted ter come muah house to study.. but in de end dint cos I have ter go mi aunty house.. haha… sad…

on Thursday.. played badminton… so fun siax.. got Amanda, me, jun, xs, xw, Kathy, hr, xk, Jason. Played for 2 hours..lol... after dat went to jun's house to play.. played de dance thingy.. haha.. kathy still de pro.. lol.. jun also.. we ate dinner there.. but not much.. haha.. den went home bout 7 like dat.. lol..

on fridae i pon-ed training.. lol.. blah blah.. sianx... dat day was so boring... bleahx.. today im going out.. cine leisure.. haha.. at least no need to stay at home so boring..
